Poof Triangle

This is a very simple but turned out really cute.
Make a far lateral part.  Along the part make 3 small ponytails, as shown below.
The next row you are going to make 2 small ponytails taking 1/2 of the 2nd ponytail and splitting one to each of the 2 ponytails.  Shown below
Pull the 2nd row ponytails and pull them to a point.  Shown below.  (I also use a small square of hair to keep the ponytails in place)

Simple Braid Headband

This is really simple fun and cute.
All you do it make a normal part in her hair we use a side lateral part.
Then take a small section of hair at the back of the lateral part and braid it to the ends.
Take another small amount of hair across the part and braid it to the ends.
Combine both braids underneath all of her hair and secure with an elastic.
The only thing to remember is make sure the hair on the sides is smooth under the braid on both sides.

Rolls to Side Bun

This is a fun and easy style that takes about 5 minutes.
Start with 1 simple roll across the top front of her head.
Make a 2nd roll parallel to the first roll secure both with an elastic
Pull all the remaining hair into a low side ponytail.
From the ponytail make a messy bun.  I always use bobbie pins to control how I want the bun to look.
My daughter requested a flower to add as an accessory.

Biggest Loser Hair

One of the personal trainers on the Biggest Loser had her hair done like this a couple of weeks ago.
I made a diagonal part  then make a poof that is angled onto the left side.
Pull all the remaining hair except a small strip as shown below into a ponytail.
Take that small piece of hair and pull it up and around the ponytail.  I secured this hair with a clear elastic
I finished the ponytail off by putting ringlets in the ends.

Scrunched Braid

My daughter gets so many compliments on this simple style.
You make a simple braid we did this to hold her bangs back out of her face.
Once the braid is in place hold on the center strand and pull the remaining hair up towards her head.
Then secure with an elastic.

Toddler Roll Headband

This is one of the fast and easy hairstyles.  Take her hair from one ear we started on the right side and rolled across the top of her head and secured the end with an elastic.
Then I made ringlets with the flat iron and added a flower for accessories.

Toddler Ringlets from Straightening Iron

This is my toddler's wild hair and I must say this is pretty mild compared to what it usually looks like when she wakes up.
So we went from the above picture to the one below in a matter of minutes with help from the straightening iron.
To give you an idea of her hair it is very thin and straggly.  The picture below is what we have to work with.

I start at the bottom of her hair and I work in layers, so I pull the rest of the hair in a clip out of the way.  Her hair has so many colic's in it that we change the curls directions depending on the way her hair naturally lays.

I don't use the straightening iron the typical way of curling with it.  I slowly wrap the hair starting at the base of her head around and downward to the ends of her hair.  (if this is not clear please let me know)
I finish curling her whole head.

On this style I just pulled a small amount of bangs back out of her face. (she only lets me use 1 elastic)

Braid to Hold Bangs Back

I started by pulling the front hair as shown below and moved it out of the way.  Then I took a small line of hair and make a french along the front of the I pulled aside as shown below too.
Take the front hair and the french braid and pull them together and secure with an elastic behind her ear.

Angel Braid Bangs Back

My daughter is going through the "I want my hair down phase"

This one is very similar to the other Angel Braid we did before except this one is keeping her bangs back and we added ringlets.

This braid is really easy once you understand how its done.  Start the braid as you would a french braid.  The only difference is you are only going to add hair from one side.  On her I made the 3 sections and then only picked up hair from the right side each time.
Once the braid is in place I made ringlets with my straightening iron.
